- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure why Sierra Vista Posta Service operates under different rules but I was not delivered my package scheduled today. Instead, I was informed (via tracking webpage): "could not complete the delivery because the employee did not have access to the delivery location." Address is correct and nothing will be different if/when the USPS employee comes back again. Not likely to get my package ever. It would be nice if they could tell me I have to pick up my mail. Never seen this before until I got here.By John Childress, July 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They lose mail and then shrug like there's nothing to be done(several times in just a few months so far). I've asked them 3 times to hold my packages so they will not get lost, and am told every time they will hold them and then not one package was held, EVER. That;s right, not one package was held after asking and being told 3 times that it would definitely be done, so sorry. Good gief. Months of this kind of crapola. Never seen anything like this since Hawaii. But yes, the employees are generally pleasant, but at this point, who cares?By scoop c, December 28, 2016
