    Appraiser showed up early to perform my appraisal, and I found his truck parked in my yard. I asked if he owned the property that he was parked on and he sarcastically told me that he was an appraiser and should know where he could park. Apparently this appraiser is unfamiliar with the term "Utility Easement", meaning he has no right whatsoever to park in my yard unless he works for a utility company and is on official business. When he discovered that I was the property owner, he refused to perform my appraisal and drove off. Bottom line is this guy is both unprofessional and also clearly doesn't understand property regulations, restrictions, and law. Some appraiser, huh!?
