- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We are using them for a home we are currently buying. Our lender and the whole staff has been really nice answered any questions we've had. We also have a home in another state they were going to help us refinance, unfortunately it is a state they are not licensed in. They're also supposed to have someone help us try to improve our scores, cuz better is always better, but so far it hasn't happened... Since we've started our loan process we have to wait till it's done or additional inquiries on our credit may cause issues and we'd have to resubmit.
