- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This planning in zoning department has to be the worst I've ever dealt with. They expect you to jump through ridiculous hoops to pull a permit. They accept only exact cash and checks. What kind of business does not accept credit cards and cannot make change for cash. They are closed very frequently during the week. You will often need to come back 3 or 4 times due to the miss information given by the employees. What else can you really expect from a government agency that you are forced to use. After a permit is pulled if you don't call they won't follow up to inspect. Its a requirement to pay for a permit in the name of public safety but once the money hits the bank they stop caring.By James Ruby, January 05, 2017
