  I stayed with Farmers for six years, until I realized that my home owners insurance had doubled in that time for the same coverage! Where is customer loyalty? Heaven forbid you ever try to cancel! Calling their office multiple times till I finally got through. Lady advises to send the cancellation request via email with address and policy number. Did this, but received no response and account was still active the next day. So, I sent another email, they responded, asking me to call their office. I called them back and the lady said that it will be processed. When I still hadn't received my refund two weeks later, I checked my account again. Realizing it was still ACTIVE! So I called again unable to get through, sent another cancellation request via email. After not getting a response, I called again and finally got someone again, but she told me she got my email and would call me back. No, she never called me back! Frustrated I gave up on the local office here in Sierra Vista and called Farmers directly, they cancelled my policy finally! Now, I'm still waiting for my refund. This all makes me more secure in my decision to cancel, to imagine this could have been a serious claim and this is the kind of service they provide!

  With being the NEW KID on the block, we interviewed the Farmer Insurance Agents here in Sierra Vista. With the knowledge, compassion, caring and staffing we chose Ginger Hernandez and her TEAM. Once we reviewed our policies she inquired IF we had any other concerns or information needed for Sierra Vista. No other AGENT shared this knowledge or concern. Ginger is very professional. We are very happy that Ginger is our Agent.
